Content Approval Policy

Nothing is posted in your name without your yes.

The monthly calendar

  • Before each month starts, we send you the content calendar on WhatsApp: the posts, reels and stories, with dates, images and captions.
  • You approve it, or tell us what to change. We post only what you have approved.

Changes and urgent posts

  • You can stop or change any planned post until it goes out. Just message us.
  • Urgent posts (an offer today, a holiday notice) go out after a quick approval on WhatsApp.

Replies to customers

  • We reply to comments and messages using the answers, prices and tone you approved. Anything new, such as a complaint, a refund or a price we do not know, comes to you first.

If you do not reply

  • If you have not approved a calendar, we wait. We remind you, but we do not post without approval, even if it means fewer posts that month.
