What we keep about you and your business, and how you stay in control.

What we collect
- From the sign-up form: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email, address or area, products and prices, goals, and the logo, photos and videos you upload.
- While we work: page and post statistics from Meta, Google and YouTube, and the messages and comments we reply to for your business.
Access, never passwords
- We work only through official invites: Meta Business Partner access, Google Business Profile Manager and YouTube Manager.
- We never ask for, store or use your passwords or one-time codes.
- You can remove our access any time from the same settings, without asking us.
Why we use it
- To make and publish your content, answer your customers, run your ads if you chose that, and prepare your monthly report.
- To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your account.
Who sees it
- Only the Sahaayo team working on your account. We do not sell or rent your data or your customers' data.
- Data passes to Meta, Google or YouTube only as needed to publish or reply on those platforms.
How long we keep it
- While you are a client, and up to 90 days after the service ends, so we can hand things back. Then we delete it, except billing records that the law asks us to keep.
Your choices
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your data at [email protected] or on WhatsApp +91 84213 12573. We reply within 30 days.
